Court judgment obtained – High Court enforcement in progress
I am sharing my experience with FundYourFX to help other traders make an informed decision.
In June 2025, I paid two evaluation fees (USD 746 each) to participate in their trading program. After successfully completing the challenge and meeting the required targets, I requested my payout.
FundYourFX refused to pay and began making multiple inconsistent allegations (including hedging, arbitrage, high-frequency trading, etc.), without providing clear or verifiable evidence to support these claims.
As the matter could not be resolved, I initiated legal proceedings in the UK.
A County Court Judgment was issued on 23 October 2025 in my favour (claim M12ZA598) for £9,242.35.
This judgment remains unpaid.
Due to non-payment, the case has now been transferred to the High Court, and a Writ of Control has been issued, meaning enforcement officers are authorised to recover the debt.
Additional observations
Previously listed UK entities (e.g. FYFX LTD and FYFX GLOBAL LTD) are shown as dissolved on Companies House.
The advertised London address (128 City Road) appears to be a virtual office location.
The company’s previous Trustpilot page ( FYFX ) had its rating removed due to a breach of Trustpilot guidelines, and a new page ( current ) has since appeared under the same brand.
Summary of my experience
Refusal to pay earned profits
Changing and unsupported allegations
Lack of transparency
Ignored court judgment
Escalation required to High Court enforcement ( Writ of control )
The court judgment is a matter of public record and can be verified via the UK County Court Judgments register.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carry out thorough due diligence before making any payments.
I will update this review if the judgment is satisfied.
