Court judgment obtained – High Court enforcement in progress I am sharing my experience with FundYourFX to help other traders make an informed decision. In June 2025, I paid two evaluation fees (USD 746 each) to participate in their trading program. After successfully completing the challenge and meeting the required targets, I requested my payout. FundYourFX refused to pay and began making multiple inconsistent allegations (including hedging, arbitrage, high-frequency trading, etc.), without providing clear or verifiable evidence to support these claims. As the matter could not be resolved, I initiated legal proceedings in the UK. A County Court Judgment was issued on 23 October 2025 in my favour (claim M12ZA598) for £9,242.35. This judgment remains unpaid. Due to non-payment, the case has now been transferred to the High Court, and a Writ of Control has been issued, meaning enforcement officers are authorised to recover the debt. Additional observations Previously listed UK entities (e.g. FYFX LTD and FYFX GLOBAL LTD) are shown as dissolved on Companies House. The advertised London address (128 City Road) appears to be a virtual office location. The company’s previous Trustpilot page ( FYFX ) had its rating removed due to a breach of Trustpilot guidelines, and a new page ( current ) has since appeared under the same brand. Summary of my experience Refusal to pay earned profits Changing and unsupported allegations Lack of transparency Ignored court judgment Escalation required to High Court enforcement ( Writ of control ) The court judgment is a matter of public record and can be verified via the UK County Court Judgments register. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carry out thorough due diligence before making any payments. I will update this review if the judgment is satisfied.

1-Star Review – Serious Concerns About Review Authenticity I have serious concerns about how reviews are handled on Trustindex.io. Anyone can verify the following by simply browsing several business profiles on the platform: Many reviews appear generic, repetitive, or extremely similar in wording. Multiple profiles show large clusters of 5-star reviews posted within very short time periods. In some cases, reviewer profiles have little or no visible history outside a single review. These patterns are commonly associated with potentially inauthentic or incentivized reviews, and they are easy for anyone to observe directly on the site. A review aggregation platform should have strong safeguards to detect and filter such patterns. The issue is not that fake reviews exist on the internet—they do everywhere. The problem is that Trustindex.io presents itself as a trust and credibility tool, yet there appears to be limited visible verification or moderation addressing suspicious review patterns. Because review authenticity is critical for consumers making decisions, platforms that aggregate reviews should be extremely transparent about their verification processes, fraud detection, and moderation policies. Until stronger safeguards and transparency are implemented, I would advise users to treat ratings displayed through Trustindex.io with caution.
