Very disappointing product customer service support Once upon a time, their customer support was great. Unfortunately these days it’s totally the opposite from great customer support... this is just an example. We expressed our concern and requested to speak with someone in technical support regarding a product issue that had developed with our device, which had been causing us nothing but inconvenience. We were promised a call back on three occasions. After we chased them for an update, we did manage to speak with someone. cut a long story short. Unfortunately. it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They just basically palmed us off to deal with the product issue ourselves. If they can’t support a loyal customer/end user with loyal support. Then It’s time to move on to another brand. What they need to remember. Providing excellent customer support will always cost less in the long run than providing poor support!
