Owner seemed very disorganized
I was very disappointed with the owner's behavior. He was overly aggressive, confrontational, and even abusive when I tried to ask about diving options. His unprofessional attitude made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would not recommend dealing with this kind of hostility. Why couldn't he answer my questions, and chose to insult me? I was looking forward to my holiday in Port Douglas, but now I am choosing to book elsewhere, mostly because of him. Whatever legal issues are happening in your personal life, please don't tell me about them and insult me. Highly unprofessional. You'd be wise to avoid!!!!!
