Unprofessional We made a reservation in the morning for 11 and our group arrived at 10:45 as asked. Once we got to the meet up point there was no one there and it took us over half an hour to get a hold of someone from the company. They messaged us apologizing and said they sent someone to meet us. After waiting another 30 minutes we received another message saying they were still 40 minutes away. We’ve since asked for a refund and wasted our morning in the process. As a resident of Haarlem I’ll be sure none of my guests in the future book with this company.
