notifications and alert message is helpful for me. I like that I can record EPC, gas, and smoke alarm checks in RentalBux and keep them linked to each property. The notifications are genuinely helpful, and it’s something I didn’t have in other software I used before. If I ever need proof, everything is stored in one place instead of being spread across emails and folders.
