Terrible experience
Awful and stressful experience with Oxford Bathrooms - be warned! They took over 9 weeks to complete a small bathroom and it was riddled with flaws and poor workmanship (picture attached is one example). Wrong colours and fixtures were fitted. Fall line in shower is incorrect resulting in pooling water in the corner. Very poor communication the whole way, no project management at all! Rubbish was left at front door for weeks. Tradesmen all over the place. Be careful with the tiles - they order way too many, which you end up paying for, it’s a total scam. Not one word from management at any time – the accounts person was the only point of contact, so unprofessional! Cannot recommend this company at all – take your business elsewhere!
