Friendly atmosphere, great workout with adaptable level of intensity.
Had a great first class with Mahnoor in Wilmslow, she was very welcoming and friendly - made me feel really comfortable in my first class! The class was challenging but very enjoyable. I left feeling like I had a great workout, will definitely be coming back! Thank you.
