OMG!! An ABSOLUTE nightmare :(
I’m angry and disappointed with EZContacts. I placed an order for glasses on **March 4**, and **nearly four weeks later** they still haven’t shipped. After the order sat in “processing,” the status has been stuck on **“waiting for carrier”** with no real movement.
What makes this worse is the communication—**there wasn’t any**. EZContacts didn’t proactively notify me about a delay. I had to contact customer service **twice** just to find out what was going on. To top it off, my order total was **$728.94** and I paid for **expedited shipping**, which makes this delay feel even more unacceptable. I also had to be the one to ask for a resolution; they eventually offered a **10% discount**, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my order still isn’t on the way.
If you need your glasses within any reasonable timeframe, I can’t recommend ordering from EZContacts.
