They are racist
I applied with my son to a property here in Chattanooga,TN that they manage &I'm not sure if they are racist because we are biracial &my credit is 715 and my sons 750 no problem to pay the rent they resist renting to us for over a week now. No criminal issues they won't rent due to me having a service dog and an cat. There is excuse after excuse. I think if you aren't white they will not rent and I'm not a person who plays race card but in their case they don't want to rent to us based on our appearance & being new to this Christian community it is heartbreaking. I have to say I'm disappointed in this day and time. We will all have our day of judgment...Godbless all who find this helpful
