Simply the best Not really one for giving reviews..particularly when the likes of Amazon etc allegedly bribe the reviewers…but in this case I’m driven to make an exception. A traumatic 4 property chain lasting 6 months, completing Christmas week.(Dec 2025). It was predicted to string out to New Year but last minute the chain all clicked. Our booked movers (major name) left us hanging then the day before moving day cancelled ! PANIC! Ringing around 16 movers with no luck, we stumbled across MLW. MITCH WAS LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, made every effort to help and tweaked existing schedule to squeeze us in ! The team were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, polite, cheerfull, helpfull and couldn’t have done more - nothing was too much trouble. A (very) long winters day, dark and raining did not deter these guys.They smiled all the way through ! Every single item of our large, 3 bed house plus annex (with some very heavy lumps of furniture) was moved with care and respect. They waited patiently for the inevitable hand over delays and placed all items exactly where we requested.Absolutely nothing got lost, damaged or misplaced. There was no endless pages of contract, no waiting fees or insurance waivers - just very rare good old fashioned customer service.One price quoted, no hidden rip offs. On top of all this, MLW were over £2000 cheaper than the big name single truck company who wanted us to jump through endless hoops and pay 50% up front ! I CAN HAND ON HEART RECOMMEND MLW 101%…YOU REALLY WOULD BE MISSING A TRICK NOT USING THESE GUYS ….THEY TURNED A NIGHTMARE SITUATION INTO THE BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR.
