EZContacts is a scam On 12/10, I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators with Blue Chromance lenses and received a similar pair of Ray-Ban 3025 Aviators but with Blue Mirror lenses instead. I received the item on 12/15 and immediately reported the mistake to the merchant who sent a return label and offered a refund after having to pay an additional $11.95 to ship the item back to them even though they made a mistake. The merchant did not provide a return label until 12/19. I shipped the return on 12/19 and the USPS showed the merchant had received the item back on 12/26. After several weeks of waiting with no contact from the merchant, I emailed them on 1/12 asking for an update. I did not get a response. I emailed the merchant again on 1/14. The merchant finally responded on 1/15 stating that the glasses were scratched and appeared worn. I sent them a picture showing that the glasses had no damage or imperfections when I received them and shipped them back, and that the glasses had been in their possession for 3 weeks at that point and if anything had happened to them, it likely occurred at their facility. The merchant doubled down and offered to send the damaged glasses, which weren't correct to begin with, back to me. Looking at reddit threads and trustpilot reviews of their website, it seems this is a very common problem with users noting having received counterfeit or incorrect products from them and having a very difficult time getting them to commit to their return/refund policy. I believe this merchant is a scammer. They have the product they sent me in their facility and are refusing to refund me.
