Concerned Senior Twice our representatives, one quit and the other retired and we were never informed. No one ever contacted us to review our insurance options with us for the new year for medicare. We were never notified about the new cost of our insurance plans until after the enrollment period ended. We got a letter in January when it was too late to do anything about it and then they started taking it out of our account. The prescription plan that my husband was on tripled in price and we were never notified that the cost was going to change. They just started taking it out of our account.
