Good engineer - but the office bloke or owner is a bully
Dave was great - fixed it. There was confusion over price, as he quickly fixed a door when on site, but next mentioned a cost and this lead to a very unpleasant experience with his boss. "We are coming in hour to undo the work", when informed that the agressive behaviour was unacceptable the reply was "Nothing is acceptable when it comes to paying". Nasty little man who could have handled it totally differently at got the sam outcome, as there was confusion from both sides - including his team.
