Broken products and no response
We purchased chocolate eggs for our grandson from one of the vending machines, but sadly, every single one was broken. He was very upset, and despite sending three emails to resolve the issue, I received no response. The lack of customer care is disappointing and gives the impression they only care about profits rather than their customers. I would not use them again.
