Good product, but missing parts of my order The product has good quality, I wont lie, and that is why I leave 2 stars instead of 1. And the reason for the bad review is because my order arrived with a missing extra part, that was 40€ more on top of the price of the basic item. I contacted them about it and at first everything seemed fine. They acknowledged their mistake and told me it would be shipped within a week (All this in September 2025). And well, after that some time passed without any news or tracking number to follow, so I decided to contact with them again one month later, getting no response or follow up at all. Since then I continued trying to contact them through every way possible, even emails that they used to chat with me before, and never once I got any reply back. I even suspected that they closed the store because of that, but that inmediatly was proven to be wrong when I saw they were putting new sales promotions online. So, it looks that they just decided to not send me the item and keep my money anyway. So, be very careful if you decide to buy from them. Because if you buy an item with extra parts, because if they screw it up and forget to send them to you, there is a good chance that they end up ghosting you like they did with me. A real shame, because I really liked the quality of the item that I did recieve.
