Disappointing Experience Extremely disappointing experience with Air France in Paris. We paid extra in advance to select seats together as a family, but they were changed without our consent. After arriving from Toronto, we tried to resolve the issue at the gate, but the staff were unhelpful and came across as quite rude. It completely defeats the purpose of paying for seat selection if it’s not honored. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
