Quick, Professional, and Helpful
Extremely professional and quickly responsive to my request. I had a leak from a hot water heater roof vent just after hard rain and Brad Briggs’ team was at my house within the hour. It appeared when the plumber put in the new tankless hot water heater and adjusted the roof vent which created a gap and caused the leak. Edgar from Texas Engineered Roofing was very professional and quick to diagnose and resolve the problem. As we were expecting more rain, we certainly appreciated such a fast and efficient response to help a home owner.
