Works but I can no longer trust either company so confusing.
It helped me my issue is this rift in the company. I now have a product for my severe anxiety yet I now have anxiety because I don’t know who to trust. This is an utter joke. To get the public’s trust and then to do something like this over a name or logo?!it’s not only confusing it’s difficult to know who to trust. In the end the customer looses. And the lifetime discounts and the sites are so similar but who really has the authentic product?? This helped me and now I am stuck not knowing what to buy.

MAGU is solely owned by Ryan Morimoto, and the official license to sell hemp products remains under his brand. MAGU is—and always has been—manufactured in Long Beach, using the same organic, Oregon-grown hemp flower and our original terpene-rich formulation.
There was no agreed-upon split with the former business partner. Unfortunately, assets and customer data were taken without authorization, and a new brand was created using MAGU’s likeness. We are currently handling this matter through legal channels and must be careful about what we say publicly.
What we can say is this: The product you trusted is still here. Same formulation. Same sourcing. Same hands preparing it.
