Worst experience ever JustFly is, without exaggeration, the worst travel company I have ever encountered. There is no real customer support, only an endless chatbot loop, and when you need help, you get absolutely nothing. Unreliable, frustrating, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid JustFly at all costs.
