Fraud
I started working with them from Oct last year 2023. They provided me all the good video examples under my budget. They also told me that all my money will be refund if not satisfied. Asked me to pay the amount before the project started as they stated that they will have to pay the animation team before hand. Believed them and paid the amount.
Then the project started, did lots of review and the final day of product was nothing near to what they send me before. It was like shit. I wanted my refund and they were no were near to give my money back. Elizabeth Korpal Acxount Manager, ( i dont know if this is real name) called me and told me that they will work on my video again and the quality will be good. They sent me art version and looked good. I gave them a second chance. I waited for soo long and till now i have not receive the final product.
I contuniously flollowed up with tham ans thwy kept pushing the date, ignoring my calls. They told me it will be completed 4 months earlier and now i am tired to follow up. No answers. I am not able to realse my song because of this issue. I had so much good imaginations regarding this song and animations and all my dreams are scattered. Now i am confireed that i am not getting any video. I should have done more research before going with them. They donot deserve 1 star as well. Hope thay will get what they deserve.
