First and last time of ordering!
First time ordering with this company and particularly liked that they deliver and put into my coal bunker, checked they deliver to my postcode. Placed an order for £260.00 for coal and logs. That was Wednesday, order confirmed, order processed same day, then nothing. Having not heard by today, Saturday, I called to be told "we don't deliver to your postcode and you live on an unadopted road", your order should have been cancelled and refunded". I would still have been waiting til God knows when had I not called them. very poor service. Next time you are updating perhaps you could purchase a truck that can navigate an unadopted road! The oile tankers have no problem getting up and down it. Would not recommend.
