Emergency heat pump hws installation My existing hws had failed and the company who installed it ignored my pleas for help. At an absolute loss as to what to do because I couldn't afford another unit, along came Jude and the gang at Carbon Savers to the rescue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They genuinely cared for my plight and pulled out all stops to help me. Jude organized a low repayment, no interest loan and the installation of a brand new unit was arranged for the very next day! To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. The installation of the new and removal of the old happened seamlessly and with amazing professionalism by the install team who were also incredibly helpful during the whole process. Jude also followed up 2 weeks later with a phone call to check I was happy with everything and to see if there was anything else he could help me with, which I thought was fantastic and a very rare act of customer service that a lot of companies lack these days.
