No refund and poor support The product caused serious health concerns, as my bloodwork improved only after stopping its use. While the company initially responded to my return request promptly, they have failed to issue my refund even a month after confirming receipt of the unopened order. Additionally, they stopped replying to my follow-up emails. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive.
