Appalling Customer Service/Brand
Appalling customer service. Sent an email regarding the elastic and thread coming from one of the legs from the shorts. Meaning the short leg no longer stayed in place on my leg.
After going through the bot multiple times and backwards and forwards with real life humans. They are ‘unable to find fault’ because I’m unable to show the elastic or the thread coming from the leg’ even though all pictures reflected the ruched short leg, snapped elastic and loose threads.
I’ve never come across poor customer service, copy & paste to every message. But because the item was in the sale, they are unable to help and will not admit fault.
Regardless if the shorts cost £12 or £32, it doesn’t matter - if still spent my hard earned money.
And it doesn’t seem that I’m the only one with an issue after reading the reviews.
