Do Not Buy
I developed a small green dot on the phone front screen a few weeks after receiving the phone. The green dot is growing so I decided to contact Back Market. After a few conversations back and forth they stated the phone was dropped and they would not cover the replacement. My phone was never dropped and has no physical damage to it. The screen is perfect except for the growing green dot. How can Back Market say it damaged by dropping without seeing it? I even sent them pictures showing the phone has no damage. This BS and just their way out of replacing the phone. At least they should of had me ship the phone back for inspection. DO NOT BUY FROM BACK MARKET. They do not stand behind what they sell....
