Zero A big zero. Very bad pickup experience (IKEA). The drivers showed up without ringing the doorbell and without attempting to contact me by phone. I only received a text message saying the pickup failed, which is completely unacceptable. There is no way to speak to a real person, no functional phone number to resolve the issue quickly. Customer service is practically nonexistent.
