placed an order with Ancestral Supplements for $165 and received an order confirmation along with tracking information. However, the tracking status stayed at “Label Created” and never progressed. The product was never shipped.
After almost a month of waiting, I contacted them. Their response was a lengthy apology blaming Amazon shipping issues and claiming the situation was out of their control. They went into detail about how they wished they could handle delivery themselves, but it was clearly an attempt to shift blame—when in reality, the product never even left their warehouse.
To make matters worse, I discovered they had somehow enrolled me in an auto-subscription I never authorized. I immediately requested a refund, but have yet to receive any response. I have since had to file a claim against them.
$165 is a lot of money for me, and I feel completely misled. Their customer service team manipulated the situation, turned the tables, and outright lied instead of taking accountability. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.
