Very bad experience. I had a consultation at the clinic where I was promised to be sent examples of images of results of hair transplants by the doctor following the consultation. After 7 months and several e-mails I have yet not received the images of results that the doctor promised me. The clinic never got back to me until I requested a refund from the consultation, since my case was ignored. They replied saying they will not refund me. Very unorganised and unprofessional people, I would not feel safe in their hands.
