Terrible experience
I bought a unit in arca south with an agent called marinell, It was the biggest mistake in my life, whenever i asked her update on my unit she said my wife was in contact wif some1 else, later on i found out there warg a default n wen i e mailed avida a couple of times they didnt even reply, they cudmdt evemd watsapp me. Avida needs a lot of improvements, y dont they invest in their staff, gd luck to others.
