Worst customer service experience and dishonest company If I could give them zero stars I would. Deceitful company with horrible customer service. Booked a hotel a couple months ago and they charged me a $100+ charge for a resort fee. That fee normally goes to the hotel and should have gone to this one. Agoda ended up not paying the fee to the hotel, keeping ( stealing) it for themselves, so I ended up being charged twice for it. By Agoda and by the hotel who rightly deserved it. Stay away from this dishonest company!
