Zimmerman Reed Is a Scam in a Suit – Avoid Them at All Costs
Zimmerman Reed is the definition of a law firm that talks big, strings you along, and then completely abandons you. They promised me a payout of over $2,500 in the JanSport privacy arbitration, assured me my claim was valid, and told me they were handling everything. Then—after MONTHS of silence—they send out a pathetic, generic letter saying my case was dismissed and they’re no longer representing me.
They knew JanSport’s Terms of Use required arbitration, yet somehow let JanSport convince the arbitrator to shut it all down. Instead of fighting back, they rolled over and dumped everyone they claimed to represent.
Let’s be real: it looks like Zimmerman Reed used people like me to build their numbers, gave us false hope, then cashed in whatever benefits they could before walking away. Total bait-and-switch. They wasted my time, killed any chance I had at real compensation, and never once gave a damn about the clients they pretended to fight for.
I wouldn’t trust these people to handle a parking ticket, let alone a serious legal matter. If you’re reading this, run the other way.
