expensive and very disappointed
I have been using Blue Whale for two years now.
1. The engineer arrived 45 mins late, with no notification or response to my text and no apology.
2. I was charged for 1 hours labour (£102) for the boiler service (small service). (used to be £60 per hour)
3. Then the engineer broke a pin in the air valve of my pressurised cylinder when trying to change it, even though I told him to leave it as it was ok under pressure. But the engineer insisted on changing it, this cost me another hours labour ( they wanted to charge me two hours.)
I complained to the company and they told me that it was leaking, I had no pressure loss over the past year and it wasn't leaking.
4. On a previous service the boiler was working fine and then after a full clean wouldn't start up and needed new parts, I was charge nearly £300 for this.
I won't be using this company again, very disappointed.
