Thank you for being the kind people you are
I have worked in care homes throughout my entire career, and one of the most difficult and heartbreaking parts of the job is losing someone we have cared for. It is an incredibly sad and emotional time for everyone involved.
Then Steve and Harry came along, and they made every part of the process as respectful, caring and dignified as it could possibly be. They took the time to learn about the person they were caring for, understand their background and treat them as an individual, with genuine compassion and respect.
What really stood out to me was the care they showed not only to the person who had passed away, but also to their family and loved ones. Even when there was no family present, they went above and beyond, including bringing flowers and ensuring that every person was treated with the same dignity and kindness.
Steve and Harry truly go above and beyond, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them. Their care, compassion and professionalism are exceptional. The aftercare they provide is honestly the best I have ever experienced.
These are two people who are exactly what we need during such difficult and emotional times. They are incredibly understanding, supportive and reassuring, and knowing they are available 24 hours a day provides such comfort.
We will always use Steve and Harry from now on. I cannot thank them enough for the care, dignity and respect they show to every individual and every family they support.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you both for everything you do. Your compassion and dedication truly make a difference when people need it most.
