Brilliant customer service
Needed some discontinued guttering fittings and Rose Building Supplies in Peterborough had them in stock. On my first communication, I spoke to a lovely lady called Jess, who, on ordering my parts, went off to check as the computer was saying zero stock - she called me back soon after to say she found the parts, as I live in Gloucestershire, getting there was an issue, but again speaking to Jess, she said if I book a collection she would package the bits up - I had trouble printing the EVRI label and she even did that. She kept in communication with me until the parcel was collected. The customer service I received from Jess was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again. It’s a pity they are so far away from me - what a top business. I would highly recommend Rose Building Supplies .
