No Show
Scheduled my appointment after reading all of the wonderful reviews. Arturo reached out the day before to confirm the appointment. We were all set.
Day of, my appointment time comes and I hadn’t heard anything. 15 minutes pass, still nothing, so I reach out, nothing. 30 mins, still no communication about a delay or ETA. 45 minutes pass and I send a text to cancel.
After almost an hour he reached out to apologize that he couldn’t make it. I planned my entire day around the car being serviced. It was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will never book their services again.
