Exceptional service despite challenges We were looking to buy a hot tub, and everything went smoothly until we discovered it couldn’t fit through the entry to our back garden. Sam went above and beyond to assist, but we couldn’t resolve the issue and had to cancel. Despite this, the communication was excellent, and we received a speedy refund. Highly recommend them for their professionalism!
