Avoid this company at all costs
Hopefully people read this review and avoids getting ripped off by these guys.
My wife had a puncture, made a search in Google for a local Inverness mobile trye fitter and Mobile tyre fitter came out top of the list, she spoke to a guy called Daniel and after asking him a numerous amount of times was the company local with the reply yes. Daniel proceeded to quote my wife £595 for a premium tyre as that was the only tyre for her car that was available, she was heading to an appointment so in a bit of a panic, Daniel informed her that the payment should be made before he contacts a fitter to come and fix the tyre. She paid the £595 and waited for the tyre fitter to come which he did within the hour. The fitter explained that he was fitting a budget tyre costing £200, no premium tyre as stated from the customer service guy so, £395 was paid to this company to call a contractor who doesnt work for this company in Inverness as the customer service Daniel stated was one of the company's fitters.
If my wife knew she was dealing with a middle man she would of found a local trustworthy tyre fitter. Avoid these guys like the plague, £395 just for a phone call to organise a trye fitter and miss quote the actual product received, demanding money upfront. Wife tried to call Daniel to discuss the issue but low and behold Daniel didn't want to answer her chat.
