Trust completely destroyed
The behavior here is totally unacceptable. It’s shocking to experience dishonesty and apparent corruption tied to this place, especially when it involves something as serious as manipulating claims. This erodes any trust customers might have had. Such actions give a horrible impression, and I cannot recommend engaging with them.
