I had an appointment for 10/17/23 at 8:30 am. at the Derry location. I took the morning off from work since I received numerous calls and texts to be sure I keep my appointment. 35 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that the appointment is cancelled and I can call back for another one. I told the office I was on my way-the answer call us back to reschedule. I am new to this practice and this would have been only my second visit.
I have news for this practice! My time is valuable! This is not saying much for this practice! BEWARE!
