BitMart scammers.
I used the BitMart exchange for about a year and everything was fine. But on April 30, I sent $1,500 to buy ton, the money was successfully credited, I changed USDt to ton, and then big problems began that led to the loss of all my money.
At first I couldn’t display tone, I wrote to the chat, but the bot responded in the same way. I managed to contact support via email... And endless questions and requests for screenshots began. I sent a photo of my personal wallet, a certificate of income, a screenshot of the exchange of cash for cryptocurrency, screenshots of all transactions, a certificate from work, and described where and who I work for. And all these requests came with pauses for several days. They simply used up all my nerves, I took a sedative to continue working normally, and I started having a nervous tic again.
Now 10 days have passed since the blocking and I am sure that these are scammers.
I had already topped up my exchange account from the same wallet a week before this incident and withdrew everything without any problems. There were no questions. I topped up other exchanges, always without problems.
This is all 100% deception, support responds once every few days and they all need new and new screenshots and block explorers that they can see for themselves.
Scammers, I recommend everyone to withdraw money from there.
