Just AWFUL AWFUL experience with this Company. Agreed a price of £125 verbally by their office staff, Alan for a 3 seater sofa to be uplifted from my flat . On pick up day, when Daniel arrived at the flat ,Daniel called to say the uplift would be £225!!! An increase of £100!!! They tried to bump me by £100!!! When I insisted on the price I was quoted originally, Daniel phoned the office and came back to say there had been a misunderstanding and the quote was now £135. I had no option but to accept it. This was a 1 item pick up, a small 3 seater sofa ( I have photos and dimensions to prove it) so there was absolutely no reason for me to be quoted an extra £100 when Daniel came to uplift it. I was transparent and open from the start, can’t say the same for them. AVOID this Company. Your bill will be substantially higher when they come to uplift. Would NOT recommend
