Great customer service and friendly atmosphere
I called 7 orthodontics facilities around Austin and left voicemails to schedule a new patient appointment to re-attach my bottom permanent retainer. 1 location called me back stating what I was asking was not simple- they needed the make and model of my current bracket, would charge me to remove the bracket and put a new one on, could not get me in for a number of weeks, and said I was better off going to WI where I got my braces in the first place. Her voicemail made it sound she was annoyed that I would even ask for an appointment. Other locations never called me back. Barton Creek Orthodontics returned my call and got me in right away. They re-attached the bottom permanent retainer in-office with a dental composite over the wire bond. It was simple and cheap, while the other ortho office said it would be complicated and expensive. The front staff was very warm and welcoming, and the orthodontist was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!
