Scammed into paying prime twice
I traveled frequently and pay for prime membership. I was shocked to discover by accident during a support call that I have been paying for two different prime membership for EDreams.com and edreams.fr for SIX years. They told me it’s my fault as I should have read the Terms and conditions. This is clearly an attempt to trick customers. Both sites use the same log in information. They did not refund the overlapping memberships of course. I canceled both and advise everyone to stay away. You can get cheaper prices on other websites who know how to treat their customers. Goodbye and thanks for stealing!
