Instead, we have been left worrying about our tenancy deposit, as this property was prepared for the final inspection based on the standard of cleaning provided by this company. We honestly have no idea what to expect regarding the return of our deposit. Rather than giving us peace of mind during an already stressful move, this experience caused us even more stress, additional expense, and two extra days of hard work. We rarely leave negative reviews, but we feel other customers deserve to know what happened. We gave this company every opportunity to put things right, yet after two visits we were still left with poor cleaning, visible dust, cobwebs, dirty windows and permanently damaged glass. We are honestly shocked, deeply disappointed and completely at a loss for words. This is not the standard of workmanship anyone should expect from a professional end of tenancy cleaning company. Based on our experience, we simply cannot recommend their services.
