Marvellous care
From our first contact, Karen was accommodating, understanding and extremely competent. Support was put in place quickly and, over time, there was never a lapse in care. This meant that we had time to research, visit and find the perfect next care home for our mother as her needs had changed so quickly without warning! Each caregiver was able to adapt to our mother's personality and needs, with communication obviously occurring between the caregivers and Karen. Caregivers accommodated our mother's needs, advocated for her, and most recently helped us unpack and set up in her new rooms. For over two months (almost 3!) we didn't have any worries about care or safety.
