Compassionate and caring
My Cat has an ongoing eye issue. Every time We`ve been seen he has been treated with kindness and compassion. Took him in for a discussion after a swab returned a negative result and was advised he could be referred to a specialist. I was expecting a referral to take a few weeks. Vet Hannah called the next day with advice from the specialists! Everyone on the team is warm and friendly.
