Long shipping times - smashed item arrived - no response Long shipping times but it was over xmas. Items did arrive but the main item was a glass jar of Milka chocolate spread and it was smashed so inedible. Sent multiple emails and online chats which is never manned day or night and got no response for a refund or a replacement item so will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
