AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS Disappointing and Frustrating Experience I had a very poor experience with this dental office. As a new patient, I scheduled an appointment expecting a standard exam and cleaning. Upon arrival, I was taken back for X-rays, and only after the process had already begun was I informed that a cleaning would not be done during that visit. At that point, I felt stuck since the X-rays were already underway. Despite not receiving a cleaning, I was there for over two hours, during which the dentist went over a long list of supposed "issues" with my teeth. I was then told I would need to schedule separate appointments—one for a cleaning and another to discuss a treatment plan. It became very clear that this office is structured to maximize billing by breaking services into multiple appointments. I was skeptical, so I immediately booked a second opinion with another dentist. Unsurprisingly, about 80% of the "issues" they identified were found to be either minor or non-existent. To make matters worse, I later received a $500 bill for just the X-rays and consultation—no cleaning included. They also failed to bill the correct insurance, when I tried to resolve the issue, I found that they had charged my card without prior notice. Their justification? A vague clause in their paperwork allowing them to charge for outstanding balances, even without alerting the patient first. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the technician who conducted the X-rays—professional, courteous, and respectful. In summary, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dental office. The business practices feel misleading and overly focused on profit rather than patient care
