Would have used as the son seemed v pleasant and professional. However, the quote did not arrive on my husband’s phone: may be our fault. When I asked if they could resend it the older man was quite abrupt and said they were very busy. He gave me the quote verbally and clearly felt a written quote was unnecessary or too much bother to resend.
Would worry if met any problems with such a poor customer attitude
I messaged them again and said that we would have gone with them if quote resent and that his manner was upsetting. Reply sent from him said okay!
